Comments: After a failed attempt at installing a new light in our kitchen I submitted a request to HomeAdvisor to see if someone else could do the job. Even though it was a Saturday, I got a call from Jose very shortly afterwards. He was able to quote me a price that was more than fair before even arriving. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and got the job done quickly, but also with great care and precision. I would use NES again over any of the other "big" electrical services companies in the valley that would have charged me an arm and a leg for the same work.

Comments: Having an electrical issue arise on a Saturday afternoon, my expectation was to schedule someone to investigate the problem first thing Monday morning. Tried Home Advisors for the first time and was told I would receive calls from 3 electricians for estimates. Within 10 minutes I received a call from NES and Jose Nunez was at my house within 90 minutes. He quoted me a flat rate which I thought was fair, proceeded to find the problem and complete the repair. While he was at my home he was generous with his time and expertise answering my many questions and if I have problems or require the services of an electrician in the future I will be contacting Mr. Nunez without hesitation. Not surprisingly I still have not heard from the other 2 electricians I was told will call.

Comments: NES ran 175 feet of wiring for a spa. The spa had its own conduit, however, the installer was not able to use it and decided to run flexible conduit along the outside of the spa. Comments: It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Nunez. The work was completed promptly, cleanly and efficiently. He was extremely pleasant. Plastic covered anything that could have insulation fall onto it from drilling the holes for the new fixtures, he put down plastic so his trolley wouldn't leave any marks on the floors, and he even protected the floors by wearing booties. He was prompt in contacting me after I received his contact information, came out the next day to give me an estimate, and I received a written estimate that was emailed that night. Three days later I selected him for the work, can lights were immediately ordered and installed as soon as they came in. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work he preformed, and will use him again.

He had the tools with him and was willing and able to do everything from installing a new outlet to changing a single gang box to a double gang box and adding a switch for the pendant lights he installed. He took down fluorescent kitchen lighting and installed new LED lights per our request. Overall he did an excellent job on the installations and used plastic to minimize the mess and did a good job of cleaning up when finished. We would hire N.E.S. again!
